The "Collaboration Ecosystem" workshop
Bringing people into the same space isn’t enough. What teams need are thoughtfully designed experiences that restore presence, connection, and a shared sense of purpose. That’s why we created this workshop - a one-day experience for hybrid and remote teams looking to rebuild trust and team energy.
We draw from science and nature-based knowledge, combining artistic and choreographic methods with coaching facilitation. The result is a unique kind of team gathering – easy to enter, powerful in effect.

The workshop is led by Katarzyna Pastuszak - choreographer, performer, and researcher – who draws inspiration from the intelligence of mycelium as a model of collaboration. Combining scientific knowledge with choreographic practice and experience working with diverse groups, she creates an engaging process that helps teams learn collaboration and communication in a deep and lasting way.
The workshop is facilitated by certified Kinetiq Lab coaches, who connect the insights from the experience with your team’s real, everyday challenges.
The program includes:
movement-based games and exercises visualizing team dynamics
choreographic rope-based practice – symbolizing the living web of team connections

a collaborative ecosystem
