Is your team experiencing burnout?

Prolonged pressure is the enemy of creativity.

Give your team space to step away from everyday demands and enter a state of flow.

NATALIA WILK

A four-time Polish record holder in depth freediving, medalist of the Polish Championships and the World Cup in pool freediving, multiple-time Polish champion in depth disciplines. Since 2022, she has represented Poland at the World Championships.

"For over five years, I’ve had the chance to witness the transformations and discoveries of people taking part in my programs. Every time, I see an improvement in their wellbeing and an increase in awareness. These shifts often open the door to breaking through and becoming more effective in pursuing their goals."

Where is the challenge

Managers report up to five times higher productivity when working in a state of flow (McKinsey & Company study).* Research shows that after a period away from daily routines, people demonstrate greater cognitive flexibility - a core component of creative thinking - than prior to their break (RUG Research Portal)**.

To stimulate creativity and innovation, teams benefit from access to new, uncommon, and diverse experiences. Breathwork, improvisational movement in water, and contact with oneself and with the group help participants enter flow and activate creative and innovative potential within the team.

Flow is a state of deep, embodied focus in which action, attention, and intention align so fully that effort feels fluid and creativity and effectiveness arise naturally. It is supported by clear goals, a balance between challenge and skills, uninterrupted attention, and a sense of safety and autonomy.

Workshop

This two-day workshop takes place in a warm pool with standing-depth water, allowing participants to remain grounded and breathe freely at all times. It is led by Natalia Wilk - choreographer and freediver. As both an artist and an elite athlete, Natalia has a deep understanding of performance-driven pressure and result-oriented environments.

Drawing on freediving tools and artistic practice, she has developed a workshop that supports groups in entering a state of flow. Natalia’s workshops have a transformative quality, improving participants’ well-being and increasing awareness. Participants discover new creative resources and the courage to experiment that “become accessible when everything else quiets down.”
