The "Collaboration Ecosystem" workshop
It is a one-day, in-person experience designed for hybrid teams seeking to rebuild trust and team energy.
We combine artistic, choreographic, and somatic methods with coaching-based facilitation to create a space where participants:

The workshop is led by Katarzyna Pastuszak - choreographer, performer, and researcher inspired by the intelligence of fungal networks (mycelium) as a model of collaboration.
She is joined by certified coaches and facilitators from Kinetiq Lab - Julia Asperska and Anna Mościcka.
The program includes:
movement-based games and exercises visualizing team dynamics
choreographic rope-based practice – symbolizing the living web of team connections
guided meditation with a mycelium visualization as a metaphor for a collaboration ecosystem
a reflective coaching session that helps translate the experience into everyday team practices
